My platform is the issue of Domestic Violence. This is a touchy subject that most people do not like to speak about because of the sensitivity of the issue, but I am here to educate and raise awareness for victims of this violence. As a whole, we need to speak up, speak out and make a difference for victims of this violence by speaking to someone trustworthy, reporting it, and getting out of the abusive relationship. A key strategy in preventing domestic violence is the promotion of respectful, nonviolent relationships through individuals and the community.
